About Division 7
Division 7 has spent four decades on the roofs of West Michigan’s businesses and institutions, from hospitals and schools to manufacturing plants and retail buildings. Its crews are manufacturer certified, with experience across single-ply, metal and low-slope roofing systems.
Since joining the Royalty Roofing family in 2026, Division 7 has kept its local team and its focus on commercial work, with the added resources of a larger roofing company behind it.
