Established in 1986, Royalty Roofing has grown with a solid reputation for our roofing work built on providing quality products, installation and service.
Much of Royalty’s roof work is driven by a customer’s immediate need to resolve a leak and/or replace an old roof. Other customers have chosen to work with Royalty on a long-term basis, and we partner with them to plan roof maintenance and replacement over the course of months or years.

Royalty Roofing has been installing the finest commercial, industrial and residential roofing systems since 1986. And our primary focus hasn’t changed – it’s customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.
Royalty Roofing has installed over 55 million square feet of the Duro-Last single-ply roofing system. We also install about 1 million square feet of residential shingles each year. We’ve received customer satisfaction awards from GAF-ELK and have been a consistent commercial and residential roofing excellence award winner.

When you call with a request, we’ll provide a professional roof inspection and provide a written report that will detail the condition of your roof. Along with the nature and location of any existing problems and our recommendations for repairing or replacing your roof.
All work is performed by our full-time employees that are qualified as “certified applicators.”
Royalty Roofing provides liability and workman’s compensation insurance on each job we do. We provide $16 million in umbrella general aggregate coverage and $1 million for each occurrence. Our policy is ‘per occurrence’ which protects you into the future, rather than a ‘claim made’ (where a claim is closed after being paid).

We have been in business since 1986 and I’m very proud of the fact that many of our employees have been with us from the start! We rely on the hard work of our own employees to repair, install, and maintain a variety of commercial roofing and residential roofing projects each year.
We are headquartered in Seymour, Indiana, and have strategically located offices from which we serve our commercial roofing customers throughout the continental United States. For residential customers, we serve the same areas but stay closer to our branch operations for repairs, installation and service work.
