Royalty Companies has achieved the designation of "Master Elite" contractor with both Duro-Last and GAF/ELK.
In fact, Royalty Companies of Indiana, Inc. received the coveted Duro-Last Golden Eagle Award in 2008 in recognition of outstanding achievement and quality workmanship, customer satisfaction and annual sales of more than $2 million dollars.

Duro-Last Golden Eagle Award
The Duro-Last Golden Eagle Award is given to roofing companies each year in the U.S. who attain a goal of excellent quality and craftsmanship in their work, as well as achieving an annual sales volume of more than $2 million.
Royalty Companies won this award in 2008.
John R. Burt Award
The John R. Burt Award is named after the founder of Duro-Last Commercial Roofing Systems. The award goes to commercial roofing companies who display excellent quality and craftsmanship in their work as well as achieving an annual sales goal of at least $1 million.
Royalty Companies has received this award in 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004, 2003 and 2002.
GAF/ELK 2008 GAF/ELK CONSUMER PROTECTION EXCELLENCE AWARD
In order to achieve the GAF/ELK Consumer Protection Excellence Award, Royalty Companies had to install at least 100 roof systems with enhanced warranties for their customers. Royalty Companies won these awards in 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2008.
Star Builders Outstanding Builder Award
Star Building Systems of Tucson, Arizona recently named Royalty Companies with the 2008 Outstanding Builder Award for sales performance. This award recognizes builders for market share and sales volume achievements during the year.
Royalty Companies also earned the award in 2006.

Royalty Companies has been an authorized installer of the Duro-Last Roofing System since 1996.
Duro-Last’s “Elite Contractor” Awards Program distinguishes those contractors who have demonstrated a history of quality workmanship as well as maintained excellent sales volume.
According to Duro-Last, the designation of Elite Contractor is one of exceptional value to contractors as it signifies that a roofing company has achieved and continued outstanding standards and quality craftsmanship in the application of the Duro-Last roofing system.
GAF/ELK Master Elite Roofing Contractor
Royalty Companies has been an authorized GAF/ELK installer since March 2001.
GAF-Elk Master Elite™ roofing contractor are fully licensed in their state (or local area) to perform roofing work. They are adequately insured for your protection, have a proven reputation for providing quality roofing services throughout the community and are committed to ongoing professional training to ensure quality installation.
Because of GAF-Elk’s stringent standards, only the top 3% of all roofing contractors have qualified as Master Elite™ contractors!
Star Building Authorized Dealer
Royalty Companies has been an authorized Star Building installer since April 2005.
Builders, who are authorized to sell and build the Star Building system, have attended specialized sales and construction training to help staff assist their customers.
GENFLEX TPO ROOFING SYSTEMS
Royalty Companies has been an authorized installer for GenFlex TPO since 2007. GenFlex offers the most comprehensive classroom and hands-on training programs in the industry to help ensure efficient, quality roofing installations.

"[Another] roofing company was contracted to replace the roof on my building. Severe weather was forecasted for the day of removal. Against my statement not to start, about half of the buildings’ roof was removed.
As promised by the weather forecast, Seymour received a 4-inch torrential downpour. The building received much damage – ceilings caved in, lathe plaster was destroyed, plus much of the contents ruined. There was a mold problem in many areas that also had to be addressed.
